Fill Up With Fiber
If you were to choose fruit or a high fat food like cookies or cake, which would be more filling? A recent five-week study was conducted on 34 women, aged 34 to 45, where one-half were of normal weight, the other half were obese. All of the women were served a main dish every day. One day the entrée was high in fat; the next day it would be loaded with fruits and vegetables. After the main dish, the women were allowed to eat as much of the different and various side dishes as they wanted.
The conclusion: all of the women, whether thin or fat, ate 16% fewer calories from the side dishes when the main entrée was the fruit and vegetable offering. Apparently the high fat entrees don't give one the feeling of fullness that the fruits and vegetables do.

Healthy eating
When it comes to the subject of weight loss, there are so many experts, theories, diets, books, exercise videos, etc... out there. Where is one to begin? Or for most, after trying all these, where is one to go from there? What I can offer in this article is a simple weight loss plan consisting of certain foods (you can even eat as many as you want) and excercise (not much,and very easy) which has been very effective in enabling people to lose weight and keep it off.
