Grilled tuna with mint and parsley salsa

Rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, selenium and zinc, vitamin B and co-enzyme 10

Hnadful of fresh mint, hnadful of fresh parsley. I red chilli de-seeded. 2 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsps of fresh lemon juice. 1 tbsp of fresh water. 2 tuna steaks. Put mint parsley chilli oil lemon juice in processor and blend till chunky. Brush steaks with oil and black pepper. Heat a pan and cook until the sides go go opaque about 3mins.. Serve with the salsa and green vegetables
