Try This Chest ExerciseAbstracted from "Incline Dumbbell Flye" by Michael Yessis Muscle and Fitness, May 2001. Most men who work their chest stick to the bench press, and will do sets of flat, incline, and decline before moving to another body part. With this in mind, Muscle & Fitness has recommended an additional exercise to try next time. Follow these execution tips for the incline dumbbell flye and feel the burning fast. Adjust a bench so that the incline is between 30 and 45 degrees. Don't go above 45 degrees, which would increase deltoid involvement in this chest exercise. Lie face-up on the bench with you feet on the floor. Keep your knees at 90 degrees. Hold dumbbell with palms facing inward and above your chest. Bend elbows slightly. Inhale as you lower your arms out to your sides. Keep elbows locked in bent position. Lower to shoulder level or slightly below then reverse direction. Do not stop in the bottom position. Exhale as you bring your arms back up to vertical. Pause then repeat. For more information on men's health issues, turn to Muscle & Fitness. It's chock full of tips on weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and more. There's no better info on bulking up
