Biceps/Triceps SupersetSupersetting to get the best results. Bicep/tricep combination from Aaron Haris for better looking arms Supersets can be performed to add intensity when training one body part or two different muscle groups. Supersetting biceps and triceps exercises is a sure-fire way to a terrific pump, due to the increased blood flow through the brachial artery. A great combination is lying tricep extensions with dumbbells paired with seated dumbbell curls. Pick a set of dumbbells that will allow you to do 10-14 reps on the triceps extensions. Perform a set to failure. Then, without releasing the dumbbells, sit up and perform a set of dumbbell curls to failure. This combination allows most people to use one weight that is optimum for both exercises and it creates an intense burn in both the triceps and biceps. - Aaron Harris
