Choosing Wisely at Breakfast

When you swing by the coffee shop in the morning, try to resist the temptation of the fresh scones and croissants -- choose the bagel instead. That light, airy croissant (weighing in at as little as two ounces) can contain 270 calories with 17 grams of fat. And that "fruit" scone with blueberries cleverly masquerades 14 fat grams.
