Aerobic Dance at Turnstep.com

Aerobic dance – This is the best site, in my opinion, aerobics at www.turnstep.com as you can pick and choose lots of different types of aerobic patterns and this page includes a dictionary of terms and demonstrations. I love this site as it has been around for a long time and is up-dated constantly.

My advice is as follows – choose 4 short and compatible patterns on a monthly basis print them off and practise them 3 times per week for 45 minutes, making sure you check your heart rate before , after the workout section and then finally after the cooldown. Refer to calculators (place a link here) to find your target heart rate(place a link here) and remember to print it out. Always keep some water nearby to sip during the workout and if you feel dizzy or breathless take a break and contact a professional immediately. Make sure you have good up tempo music that runs all the way through or download your favourite tunes from the real player ( place link here) and really customise your workout..
