Always remember when putting a workout together spend time planning and deciding your goals, download your training log(place link here) and target heart rate(place link here)sort out your schedule, decide your preferences and music (place link here) and always include a warm up, cardiovascular section, toning and conditioning section, flexibility and cool down. Train 3 times a week for a total of 60 - 90 minutes per workout. Each month come back and upgrade your programme, so you don’t get bored and your body stays challenged.
